Your drawing is exported as a 512×512 PNG and pinned to IPFS, then a create transaction is built, co-signed with a fresh mint key and sent from Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. Its pump.fun website link points to

Once the transaction confirms on-chain, the coin shows up on the board. Its page plays the drawing back stroke by stroke, with live market cap from DexScreener.
